This technique lifts, firms, and sculpts your face. Also helping to remove any facial puffiness/fluid retention. It's like a gym for your face; the more you do it, the better the outcome. Some people use this as there alternative to Botox or as an addition to Botox. We start with a breath work which gets the oxygen flowing through your body, allowing you to become more relaxed. Then, we move on to lymphatic drainage, which removes toxins from your body and helps release fluid retention. From there, we begin the massage. As we target the muscles, we need to apply a nice firm pressure. This massage feels incredible, but remember, it's not your average massage. About halfway through, we start the buccal massage. This is where I will ask you to open your mouth; with gloves on, I will place two fingers inside your upper lip. Once that part is complete, we move to the inside of the bottom lip. This may sound strange, but it's an incredible sensation. Then, we finish off the rest of the massage outside of the mouth, followed by another round of lymphatic drainage to further remove any toxins we may have released during the massage. To finish off, we will enjoy a relaxing scalp massage.
